As for shipment, we have a rich experience for exporting
business , have many options for your choice, we can ship by sea,
air cargo, and Express courier (UPS,DHL,Fedex,TNT,EMS) for your requirements. Courier and air
About Insurance, in general, it is 0.3%-5% of the total amount.
Quotation
In General, except special requirements, we quote based
on Ex-Works.
We can quote based on FOB Hong Kong or FOB Shenzhen.
Warranty
One year of warranty. All the goods will be tested with standard of ISO9001 before the shipments, We do not make any warranty for the end user. Once there have any defected products (only our responsibility), you can return to us based on ship charge for your side, (please confirm with us before your return) then we will replace it for our ship charge.
Payments
At present ,we can only accept T/T (Telecom Transfer) and WU(Western Union), 30-50% for deposite, the balance before shipment.
For the order more than 50,000 USD,we can accept L/C at sight.
We never accept Credit Cards and Cheque.
